Professional Objective To obtain a challenging technical and management position in the Telecommunications Industry.

Experience 1995-Present - Manager, Telecommunication, Viacom International Inc. Responsible for all telecommunication technology used in an interactive music television network ("THE BOX"). Includes 900 pay-per-call, 800 and long distance services. Also PBX, voice mail, Interactive Voice Response systems, Ethernet LANs, VSAT WAN, VPN by Internet, Fiber Networking and video satellite distribution. Includes participation in the development team of a new fully digital MPEG2 architecture. Reduced overall telecommunication expense by negotiation of best pricing and constant monitoring of costs and effective use of technology.

1994 - Senior Manager, System Engineering, Interaxx Television Network. Responsible for the design of the telecommunications needs of an interactive television network. This project included communication over the CATV and telephony networks. Also provided input into the engineering design of the set top device and the marketing of network to cable companies. Oversaw the installation of LAN, Telephony and video network systems.

1993-Present - Telecommunication Consultant. Provide technical services to Cable Systems and Broadcasters. Recent projects include the launch of a Broadcaster on area cable systems and the relocation of a radio station studio facility.

1982-1993 - Technical Manager, Dynamic Cablevision of Florida, a Colony Communications Company. Responsible for Technical operations of a 75,000 subscriber system including staffing, budget and purchasing. Engineered a fiber optic hub replacement system using AM and FM transmission equipment. Also served in positions ranging from entry level technician to Staff Engineer at Colony's Corporate offices. Handled microwave system engineering and FCC filings. Designed and installed two-way radio systems. Managed various tower facilities. Also performed adds, moves and changes on PBX systems.

1978-1982 - Station Engineer and General Manager, WVUM. Managed a FM Radio Station and oversaw legal and technical aspects of a power increase.

1978-1982 - Technician, Marty's TV and Electronics Service. Installed and repaired many types of electronic equipment including MATV, P.A., intercom, CCTV in both commercial and residential applications. Handled customer relations including billing and sales.

Computer Skills Very well versed in DOS, Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, FrontPage, Exchange. Project and Powerpoint. Also Word Perfect, Lotus 123, Procomm, QuattroPro, AutoSketch and many industry specific programs. Trained in AutoCAD. Some programming in Pascal.

Licenses Florida Driver's License; General Radio Telephone License with Ship's Radar Endorsement (PG-7-15266); Amateur Radio License (KD4BBM).
